Aggregate Disciplinary Measures
Under Section 215 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019,
(1) A chief of police shall report, in accordance with the regulations, to the police service board or, in the case of the Commissioner, to the Minister regarding the aggregate disciplinary measures the chief has taken under this Part.
Publication and forwarding of reports
(2) The board and Minister shall,
(a) publish the reports on the Internet in accordance with the regulations made by the Minister, if any; and
(b) forward the reports to the Complaints Director.
